What is 21st century learning?

  21st-century learning is about giving students the skills and information to live successfully in this new technology world as a part of the classroom experience. 21st-century learning provides students with the ability to use social skills, digital literacy, and technology to make their life easier in this developing world. In this learning, students should be open to new information and evaluate this information and be collaborative. Also, the main aim of this is to teach students how to think critically and be creative with the information they acquire because, as technology develops fastly it becomes easier to reach the information but most of the learners have no idea about what to do with this information and how to use effectively in their social life. Thus, technology has a great deal of information and an impact on the world we live so it is important to use it effectively to improve our knowledge and skills. That's why it is important to integrate technology into the learning process. As a teacher candidate, my belief is we should educate our students to be more creative, open-minded, and confident with the information they will acquire with the assistance of technology. In this way, we can prepare our learners for the problems of this new world and bring them a global perspective to succeed in their life.
