DIGITAL STORY TELLING

  This week, our task was to make a digital story for our Educational Technologies class. I worked with my peers on this project. At first, I felt a bit anxious about the task because I had no idea about how to make a comic or an animated video. It was the first time that I make a digital story.

  

  At the beginning of our experiment, we discussed our topic and decided what to do. We were so confused about it. After we made our decision, we write a script and then started to figure out the website we used. In this task, our tool was Pixton. The website has a lot of choices and opportunities to use while making the comic so our anxiety is reduced. We really had a lot of fun and enjoy the experiment. The hard part of the task was recording voices because we were not enough comfortable with changing our voices to match our characters in the story. We constantly laughed at each other and had to record it over again. In the end of all things, we really made a great job. To be honest this experiment was interesting for me because I love making videos and editing them. This task helped me to find new and useful tools that can improve my skills. In the future, I can use digital storytelling to enhance my students' understanding and widen their horizons.
